Riverwalk is by far the best apartments I've lived in since I've been renting. The best thing is the privacy you have, the hokes are nice, the neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the incentives they give from time to time is a great help. We have just moved to NLR, and we were thrilled to find the townhouse complex (Riverwalk Townhomes). It is so quiet here, and we love that the townhouse was incredibly CLEAN and well-maintained when we got here. The management team also was willing to answer our questions and was very responsive. I would definitely recommend these properties.

I have been living in Rockwater for 2 years now and I absolutely love it. The property manager worked with me when I was looking for a new place to live and after looking at other properties he said “I think you will love Rockwater”. I have been very happy and have no plans of relocating for a while until I can buy a place nearby. The management has always been available and open to answers to any concerns. They stay on top of maintenance and keep the property landscape maintained on an ongoing basis. It is very safe and I feel like I can contact management at anytime with problems or concerns. My neighbors are great and we look out for each other. I highly recommend looking into living in Rockwater and contacting Riverwalk Real Estate.

I had an absolute amazing time with Riverwalk! My first initial experience from viewing the property to becoming a tenant!! My townhouse is everything I wanted it to be. It was Ready to move in. Extremely clean, which I loved! I recommend anyone looking for a nice area to move too along with beautiful townhouses to call Riverwalk! I haven’t had any issues since becoming a tenant and I love my townhouse!!
